CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

Change the website CMS.
Plan the marketing connections.

Moving a website out of HubSpot does not automatically mean replacing the CRM. We separate the website content and design from forms, contact workflows and marketing tools, then agree which HubSpot services remain in use and which require a replacement.

Pages & blog inventory

Review website pages, landing pages, blog posts, authors, tags, images and files. Identify the content to retain and the export data available for an accurate mapping.

Themes & modules rebuilt

Translate the approved layouts into editable Elementor templates and sections. HubSpot themes and modules are reviewed as source requirements rather than treated as installable WordPress components.

Forms & enquiry routing

Decide whether to retain supported HubSpot forms or create WordPress forms with an agreed integration. Specify required fields, consent wording, destination and the follow-up owner.

URLs & campaign journeys

Map landing-page and blog URLs, carry over relevant metadata and check links used in campaigns. Preserve useful visitor destinations or prepare redirects for changed addresses.

CRM & tracking decisions

Review analytics, embedded tools and the records created by an enquiry. Confirm subscriptions and supported connections before deciding how the new website should exchange data.

Staging, launch & handover

Review representative pages and enquiry journeys in staging. Agree the final content export, launch approvals and editing notes for the marketing team.

THE DETAILS THAT SHAPE THE PROJECT

Keep the website move
separate from the CRM decision.

A content export is a starting point. The work your marketing team performs around the pages needs its own mapping and review.

01

Page content versus reports

HubSpot documents HTML content exports as well as separate page and blog data exports. A report containing page metrics is not the same as a complete website content export.

02

Campaign dependencies

Review active landing pages, email links, gated content and embedded tools. Decide how existing campaigns reach a working destination on the new site.

03

Form and account continuity

If HubSpot remains in use, assess the supported website connection. If an account or subscription changes, confirm the impact on embedded tools before retiring it.

A QUOTE BASED ON YOUR ACTUAL SETUP

Clear inputs.
A reviewable scope.

Content and feature complexity, integrations, languages, source access and review requirements determine the work. Discovery, implementation, licences, hosting and ongoing support are separated in the proposal. A schedule follows the agreed scope and availability of the inputs.

What is leaving HubSpot?

Specify the website CMS, blog, individual landing pages or a larger platform change. CRM contacts and sales processes are separate from the page rebuild.

Which enquiry routes matter?

Record the fields, consent text and team that receives each enquiry. Check the required route through to the supported CRM connection.

Who approves the campaign switch?

Coordinate the web launch with marketing owners so active links, tracking and pages are reviewed together.

FROM AN ASSESSMENT TO AN AGREED BUILD

Discover. Implement.
Review the result.

01

Review & define

Review the current setup and agree the project boundary, inputs, owners and acceptance checks.

02

Test a representative sample

Build or map a contained example in staging. Use the findings to confirm the wider implementation.

03

Build & review together

Implement the agreed work in stages. Review important pages and functionality against the brief.

04

Release & hand over

Agree the release checks, recovery responsibilities and practical editing or setup documentation.

WORK WITH THE DEVELOPER DOING THE BUILD

A person to talk to.
Work you can review.

I’m Jagjeet Singh, a WordPress developer based in India. Review my portfolio and discuss the contribution relevant to your project. We agree requirements, communication and review checkpoints around the work you need.

Platform reference: HubSpot: exporting web content. The documented source tools inform discovery; the WordPress mapping and rebuild are scoped separately.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Good questions.
Clear answers.

No. The scope can focus on website pages and blogs while HubSpot remains the CRM. Any contact-data move or sales workflow replacement is a separate requirement to assess.

The design and content can guide a rebuild, but HubSpot themes and modules are not native Elementor templates. We scope the equivalent layouts, interactions and editing controls in WordPress.

The website URL, an inventory and relevant export information are useful starting points. Required account permissions are discussed during discovery; do not send login credentials through the public form.

We can review the supported embedding or integration approach and the services your subscription provides. The migration plan records which tools remain connected and which need a replacement.

The scope can include an old-to-new URL map and redirects where addresses change. Important campaign destinations and internal links are checked against that plan.

Page volume, module complexity, integrations, access and review speed determine the schedule. A representative staging test helps confirm the work before a full-build timeline is agreed.

PROJECT FIT & IMPLEMENTATION

Move the HubSpot website. Decide what stays in the CRM.

HubSpot to WordPress migration should distinguish the website and blog from the sales and marketing tools your team still wants to use.

Can we move HubSpot CMS to WordPress and keep HubSpot CRM?

That can be planned as a website replatforming project, with supported forms or integrations reviewed separately. Decide which lead fields, tracking requirements and CRM workflows should remain. Confirm subscription access and how each connection will be validated before assuming that the website move transfers the entire HubSpot account.

What happens to HubL templates and HubSpot landing pages?

Inventory templates, modules, page variants and embedded forms. Rebuild the agreed presentation in editable WordPress layouts and map content into the target structure. Test representative pages, metadata and form destinations in staging; HubL templates are not treated as ready-to-run WordPress theme code.
