A WORKSPACE THAT FITS YOUR PRACTICE
From a solo practice
to a growing legal team.
For independent advocates, boutique law firms and legal teams whose enquiries, matter updates and files are spread across spreadsheets, email and messaging apps. Start with the work your team handles every day; add further modules as the process grows.

BUILD AROUND THE WORK THAT MATTERS
Less scattered work.
More useful context.
Choose the capabilities your practice needs. These are custom-build options, scoped during discovery; the sample workspace is an illustration of the service.
Client intake & follow-ups
Capture website enquiries and referrals, record practice areas, schedule consultations and assign the next follow-up. Keep the enquiry history attached to the client.
Clients & matter records
Connect contacts to matters, notes, team members and status updates. Custom fields and stages can reflect the way your firm organises its work.
Hearing dates & tasks
Maintain a calendar for hearings, appointments and filing tasks, with owners and reminders. Dates are entered or confirmed by your team; any court-data integration is assessed separately.
Documents & checklists
Organise matter files, intake documents and document-request checklists. Define who can view, upload or change records according to their role.
Fees & payment follow-ups
Track agreed fees, invoice status and payment follow-ups. Connect an existing billing tool when suitable; accounting, tax and client-money workflows need a separate agreed scope.
Team visibility & reports
See enquiry stages, open matters, assigned tasks and outstanding actions. Choose reports that help the team prioritise work and give partners a useful overview.
FROM FIRST ENQUIRY TO THE NEXT ACTION
One connected journey.
A clearer working day.
01
Capture the enquiry
Collect a short intake form, record the source and assign the person responsible for the first response.
02
Review & onboard
Record consultation outcomes and a conflict-review checklist for your lawyer’s assessment. Gather the agreed onboarding details.
03
Manage the matter
Keep notes, files, team tasks and confirmed dates connected to the matter record.
04
Keep clients informed
Plan updates, fee follow-ups and closing tasks so the next action has a clear owner.
CLIENT INFORMATION DESERVES CARE
The right access.
A clear data plan.
Agree the access model, hosting, backups and retention process before development. Build the workspace around your firm’s confidentiality requirements and the tools your team uses.
Roles & permissions
Define access for partners, associates and support staff. Specify who can see each type of client, matter or document record.
Storage, backups & change history
Choose the hosting and storage approach. Discuss activity logs, backup schedules, restore testing and retention requirements as part of the implementation.
Confidentiality controls and applicable compliance requirements are reviewed for each project. Automated legal advice, guaranteed conflict clearance and universal compliance certification are outside this offering.
WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE DEVELOPER
Your process first.
The right build follows.
I’m Jagjeet Singh, a full stack developer based in India. I build custom CRM and web applications and collaborate remotely with teams. We can review your current workflow, agree an implementation scope and plan a practical handover.
01 / Map the workflow
Review enquiry sources, matter stages, team roles and the tools you already use. Start with anonymised examples and a requirements list.
02 / Build & connect
Review a working prototype, configure the agreed modules and assess email, calendar, website or billing integrations. API availability and provider costs are checked first.
03 / Test & hand over
Validate access, agreed workflows and migration samples; then train your team and hand over documentation. Discuss support and maintenance as a separate scope.
What does a legal CRM project cost?
Pricing follows discovery. The proposal identifies modules, data migration, hosting, paid providers, integrations and ongoing support. Share your firm’s priorities to receive a scope and estimate.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Is this an existing off-the-shelf legal CRM?
This page offers custom legal CRM development and implementation. The workspace preview and modules illustrate what can be built. We agree the capabilities, timeline and scope for your firm before work starts.
Can it support a solo advocate or a small law firm?
Yes. A smaller implementation can start with enquiries, contacts, matter records and reminders. Additional workflows can be introduced when your team needs them.
Can you migrate our spreadsheets and existing records?
Migration can be included after reviewing the source format, data quality, access permissions and volume. We map fields and validate a sample before importing the agreed records.
Will hearing dates update automatically from courts?
The core proposed workflow uses dates entered or verified by your team. Any court-data feed or external calendar integration requires a separate review of availability, permissions and reliability; automatic court updates are not assumed.
Can it connect to our website, email or WhatsApp?
Website enquiry forms, email and calendar integrations can be assessed during discovery. WhatsApp automation depends on an approved business-provider setup, consent, API access and provider charges.
Will it provide legal advice or decide conflicts of interest?
The CRM organises information and supports your firm’s administrative workflow. Conflict checks can support a review process, with decisions made by your legal team. It does not replace professional legal judgment.
Do you work with firms outside India?
Yes. I collaborate remotely with firms in India and internationally. We review hosting, data access, time zones and project-specific requirements before agreeing the scope.
