Who is TurfCRM designed for?

TurfCRM is a field sales CRM for trading and distribution businesses. It suits teams managing customer visits, brand-wise opportunities, follow-ups and billing reports across territories.

Does TurfCRM track GPS visits?

The project includes GPS visit records, photo uploads and manager approval workflows. We review the devices, browser permissions and operational requirements during setup.

Is Tally connected automatically?

The documented workflow imports Excel exports from Tally, with client matching and an unmatched-record review. A direct live Tally integration is a separate requirement to discuss.

Are WhatsApp notifications and a mobile app included?

The public roadmap places WhatsApp notifications, Zoho Books, SMS reminders and a native mobile app in a future phase. We can discuss those requirements without assuming they are part of the existing implementation.

Can you deploy and customise TurfCRM for our team?

Yes. I review your roles, client data, reporting and hosting requirements, then scope deployment, migration, customisation and training. The source repository and a managed implementation are separate parts of the offering.

What does a field sales CRM implementation cost?

Cost depends on users, data preparation, workflows, reports, hosting and integrations. Share your team size, territory process and current tools to receive a proposal for the work you need.

YOUR IMPLEMENTATION

Plan a field sales CRM around your distribution team.

For distributors and trading businesses, CRM selection starts with the territory workflow: which clients are visited, what changed in the opportunity and who owns the follow-up. TurfCRM implementation connects those records with manager review and billing reports based on reviewed Tally Excel imports.

How should we pilot TurfCRM with a field sales team?

Choose a small group of users, a client list and the visit-to-follow-up process you want to test. We configure roles, brand assignments, sales stages and approval rules, then review the team’s everyday scenarios before agreeing the wider rollout and training.

What data is needed for Tally billing imports?

Provide a representative Excel export with sensitive details removed and explain how clients and brands are identified. We review matching and unmatched-record handling before relying on billing reports. This is an import workflow; a direct live Tally connection is separately scoped.

Share your sales team size, territory process and a sample billing export for a walkthrough that addresses your operation.
