YOUR IMPLEMENTATION
A system shaped
around your firm.
Moving beyond spreadsheets starts with a shared view of clients, assigned work and pending documents. CA Firm CRM implementation maps your client categories, staff responsibilities and recurring tasks before configuring the workflows your team needs.
Practice management alongside your accounting tools. Use this workspace to organise client service and office work. Keep bookkeeping and filing in the tools your firm uses. Any Tally, Zoho Books or other connection needs a separate review of data, access and integration options.

A shared view of every next step.
CA firm task management starts with a client, a responsible staff member and a due date. Track the status and documents needed for each engagement. Your firm confirms the deadlines and recurrence rules; the CRM organises the work.

Email or WhatsApp reminders, approval queues, deeper analytics, billing and AI assistance are optional extensions. We agree the integrations, permissions, testing and support before adding them.

What is CA Firm CRM?
CA Firm CRM is a Chartered Accountant practice management CRM for managing clients, staff, compliance tasks, documents, client portal uploads, daily work reports, recurring GST/TDS/ROC work and workload dashboards.
Can staff and clients have separate access?
Yes. CA Firm CRM supports role-based access for Super Admin, Admin Manager and Staff, plus a token-based client portal.
Can it manage recurring compliance tasks?
Yes. It supports recurring compliance task templates for monthly and quarterly GST, TDS, ROC and other work.
What stack is CA Firm CRM built with?
CA Firm CRM is built with Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, SQLite for local development and PostgreSQL for production hosting.
Can clients upload documents securely?
Yes. The client portal supports document requests and upload/download workflows with file type and size validation and portal-token scoped access.
How do we move client and task tracking from spreadsheets?
Send a sample client list, task sheet and document-request process with private data removed. We review field mapping, duplicates, staff ownership and recurring work before agreeing the migration. A pilot workflow helps your team check the setup before a wider rollout.
Does this replace filing portals or professional compliance review?
The CRM organises tasks, due dates, documents and responsibilities. It does not file returns or determine statutory deadlines for your firm. Your team confirms the rules and dates; portal connections, messaging automation and additional reports are separate implementation requirements.
Can a small CA firm start with a limited scope?
Yes. We can plan a first phase around client records, assigned tasks and document collection, then review other requirements after your team tests that workflow. The scope depends on your staff roles and work patterns, rather than adding every possible module at once.
What affects the cost of CA CRM implementation?
The quote depends on the modules, staff roles, data import, hosting, custom reports, integrations and support you need. Share your team size, current tools and one priority workflow. I can then prepare a scoped proposal; development, third-party services and ongoing support should be identified separately.
Can you connect the CRM to Tally, Zoho Books or WhatsApp?
These are optional integration requirements, not included connections. We first check available APIs, permissions, the data to exchange and any provider charges. The proposal identifies what can be connected, how it will be tested and who will support it. WhatsApp messaging also depends on the provider’s requirements.
