What is agentic AI development?
It is the implementation of an assistant that can work through an agreed task using context and approved tools. We specify its inputs, allowed actions, approval points and completion criteria.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot is primarily a conversation interface. An agent can also carry out a scoped sequence of tool-based steps, such as retrieving information and preparing a CRM update. A chatbot may be the interface to an agent.
Can an agent update my CRM or project tools?
We can assess supported APIs and scope the permitted actions. Drafting and applying a change can be separated, with staff approval required for actions that need review.
Will the agent send emails or make commitments automatically?
Only if a specific action is agreed, authorised and supported by the implementation. The initial scope can keep outbound messages, commitments and sensitive changes as drafts for staff approval.
How do you test an AI agent?
