A contractor’s project gallery can look impressive while leaving a prospective customer unable to understand the company’s role. For a Qatar contractor commissioning a corporate WordPress website, the project-reference library should explain relevant services, approved contribution and how to start a new enquiry. The scope should turn genuine evidence into a useful buyer journey, without inventing credentials or completed work.

Choose references the business can publish

List projects for which the company has permission to publish images, names and contribution details. Describe the actual role: design, installation, supply, maintenance or another approved scope. A photograph alone does not establish responsibility for every visible part of a project.

Qatar MCIT’s SME digital transformation update includes several sectors and business-system needs. This article is an independent development brief; it does not claim programme approval, grant eligibility or a government relationship.

Where evidence is limited, publish an accurate capability explanation and a clearly labelled illustrative workflow instead of an invented case study.

Structure references around the buyer’s question

Choose classifications that help a visitor assess relevant work: service type, sector, project scale where approved or a genuine location category. Do not add filters simply because the design has room for them. An empty or ambiguous category can make the company look less focused.

Each project entry can identify the context, approved contribution, relevant service and available images. Keep sensitive commercial or site details out unless the owner has approved publication. A content inventory should state what is available before the page design assumes a long portfolio.

Keep service pages and project entries connected

Link a relevant service page from each project and show selected references on that service page where appropriate. The visitor should not have to return to the homepage to discover whether the company can assess a similar requirement.

Avoid copying identical project text onto many pages. A shared project record with deliberate relationships is easier to maintain. The page editor should understand how changing a reference affects the public pages where it is used.

Collect a project brief rather than a vague contact message

The enquiry route can carry the service or project reference the visitor was viewing. Ask for the scope summary, intended location where needed and contact details with a usable country-code telephone hint. Explain which further documents can be reviewed later through the agreed project setup.

Define who receives a new project request and how the company distinguishes it from recruitment or supplier messages. The receiving team needs the context already supplied by the visitor, not only a name and a generic “contact us” subject line.

Review publication and editing with the actual team

Ask the editor to add a project, replace an approved image and connect it to a service. Keep ordinary page content in native Elementor controls and structured project data in an appropriate editable interface. Shared navigation should remain in the shared site parts.

  • Published contribution wording is approved.
  • Project filters return relevant records.
  • Images are readable and appropriately sized.
  • Service links and enquiry context are correct.
  • The editor can maintain the references.

Will a larger gallery win more contracts? The website can make relevant evidence easier to assess. Contract decisions also depend on capability, pricing, relationships and the business’s sales process.

Discuss a scoped implementation

Send the current site, approved project references, priority services and the enquiry information your team needs. We can scope a representative project entry and service journey before the full corporate redesign.
